Day of a Listing Agent with seller living in another State and depending on me, night before closing, walk through with buyer & agent oh no air conditioner isn't working anymore. Was there until midnight to see if it is a small issue, no success. Now morning of closing had to find a company stepping in to rescue the day ,thanks to Coastline they got it ready at 4.30 pm. Now buyer has to walk through again and of course thanks to Breeze Escrow & Title they worked longer to make it all happen. So if it gets tough you need a listing agent stepping up and her team around her. Thanks to my team supporting me at all times.
